My mom actually had them email us a UPS label, so that we didn't pay for the shipping at all the last time a girl went to the hospital. Also, at AGPC, they packed two of Kirsten's summer dress into my bag (they charged for both as well), and they emailed a label to return that as well. You should ask about that.

I'm sooooooo sorry, Anna.
Maybe when Kaya arrives she will cheer you up
Just wondering, what does the American GRIL mean? Why did they spell it wrong? Thanks

They sent us a label for Marisol too. It seems to work well because they can then track her through their system. I am going to call tomorrow to check on our dolly...they told me she should be back by Tuesday they thought...Two whole weeks away! I can sure understand not wanting to let Lindsey go away again, but the sooner she is fixed, the better!

I just called CS back.It was such a hard thing for me to do.. you have no idea.My husband makes all of my phone calls for me.I am not a people person. My voice is quiet and stuttery and jittery.I get all tongue-tied and ditzy whenever I try to talk on the phone, or in person for that matter.
Anyhow, I spoke to a very kind lady. She was very sweet and gave me time to explain the situation in my nervous wreck voice.
She is sending out a label by first class mail.I can use it to send Lindsey back.In the meantime, I am going to dress her warmly and try to keep her comfy.
Gosh, I felt just terrible to complain.I know they were trying to fix her up nice for me.I hope I do not offend anyone who worked on her for me.

Don't worry, they won't be offended. I'd bet they probably feel bad themselves since they are realizing you never asked for a new body. I'm sure they're just hoping you're not upset. Don't worry for a minute

I wonder why they use the plastic ties???
We have a Kit with a plastic tie that we bought off ebay. I had questioned AG about it, this was a couple of years ago and they said they always used plastic ties to reattach the heads.
Does anyone else have dolls with plastic ties?
I can't believe they changed Lindsey's body!!! That is crazy!!! I sure hope they find your original and you get her back in the same condition you sent her in!!!
You should not feel bad at all about complaining and I feel bad for you and hope it all works out ok. It's not fair that you have to go through all this!!!!!!!

They probably changedthe body because they consider it "defective" because of the tag being wrong. Sorry you aren't happy. I'd never had problems or complaints with the doll hospital, but I am not picky at all.
Mine have the plastic ties and to tell ya the truth it doesn't bother me. Plus they don't get caught in velcro or stick out of clothes.
I have a TON of those plastic ties laying around and I could replace them as easily as the srtings if I wanted to take the head off to wash the body or whatever.
